Installation
We install it on your hardware or ours, connect your systems and train your team. Then we support you for one year.
Your data
The system runs on one machine that serves only you. Either you own it, or we run it for you.
The AI models run on the same machine as your files. Your data is not sent to an outside AI service.
At the start we sign a data processing agreement (AVV) with you, with our technical and organisational measures and a system description for your data protection impact assessment.
Each person only sees the files they are allowed to open. Every request and action is logged, and the log stays with you.
We only access your system with your knowledge and approval, after you raise a ticket.
When the contract ends, you keep the software, source code and a data export. We delete all copies, backups included, within 30 days and confirm it in writing.
The Agent shows its plan and, by default, waits for your approval.
What it costs
From €11,900 for the build, at a fixed price. Hardware or hosting is quoted separately.
Who is behind Voronda
Voronda is a trade name of Rebernik UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin. We build in Berlin and Madrid.
What it is not
- It can be wrong. That is why Chat shows the page an answer came from, so you can check it.
- It does not make decisions about people.
- It is not a medical device.
- It does not grade, rank, place or admit students.
Voronda and cloud AI: when each makes sense
Cloud AI is the better choice if you want to start in minutes, need the newest models, or have a small team on a small budget. Voronda fits when your data has to stay in your hands, you want the source code, and the work is repetitive and specific to your organisation.
